Prema Construction is a well-established family business located on the North Shore of Montreal. For over 25 years, we’ve been delivering commercial, industrial, and institutional projects across Canada. We’re now looking to grow our team with a motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate construction estimator.

Your Role
As an Estimator, you are a key link in our execution process. You will be responsible for:
- Analyzing plans, specifications, and technical documents for upcoming projects
- Estimating construction costs: materials, labor, subcontractors
- Preparing bids and proposing optimal solutions to the client
- Ensuring rigorous follow-up on submitted proposals
- Collaborating with project managers and the operations director
- Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of estimation methods
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent ability to read and interpret plans
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and resourcefulness
- Good written and verbal communication (bilingualism is an asset)
- Proficiency with basic computer tools (Excel, estimation software)
Working Conditions
- Full-time position (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.)
- Competitive salary: $43,873.54 to $80,976.90/year, based on experience
